Hepburn Harrison - Graham
In 2018 he co-founded C.A.L.M (Communication, Awareness, Leadership and Motivation). The company runs intervention programmes in schools for inner city children aged 9 to 15 who engage in disruptive and anti-social behaviour at school. The aim is to turn their behaviour around and instil a sense of self-worth and confidence in these students.
Despite his previous success as an actor and broadcast journalist, Hepburn believes his current work is not just about personal success, but about making a positive impact on the lives of others, particularly young inner city children.

Motivation
We motivate children to chase their dreams. By encouraging them to dream big and believe in themselves, we can help shape their mindset to be optimistic, resilient, and for them to recognise they can achieve their goals.
